2 insulated cups

I previously had 2 insulated cups 7 decided to find new ones which was not easy. I settled on this pair. They look fine but the handles are strange, hard to hold for someone like me (female) & also for my husband. It seems to be the shape of it , I guess, very easy to spill. Needs better design. I guess one can't help having the edge so thick !

These mugs are insulated to keep your coffee hot longer. They don't.
