Have purchased and used this product before and pleased with it. unlike many other products this one is not loaded with salt. makes it much easier to cook for special needs diners, hypertensive people, etc. Bob Novak

I have never been one to experiment with spices; however, I was curious after watching Emeril's show for a number of months what this product tasted like. After trying it, I will never go without. I absolutely love the taste and the smell. Excellent product!

Excellent product. Has the perfect combination of spices and is very tasty. We enjoy it on hamburger, steak, chicken and pork chops. We wish it were available in stores for convenience.

I had to refill my used upEmerial's Essence since I use it almost daily. I'm glad Food Network carries Emeril's most likely used condiment. Forget the drive to the mall. Kick back and relax and order before you run out!

For years I have wanted to get some of Emeril's special seasoning. It is better then I thought it would be. It really makes a difference in salsas, rubs and just general seasoning. I plan to order some to include in wedding shower gifts.

The normal grocery store does not carry this product any longer. They used to, but not anymore. I can't even find it in a speciality food store.

Though it was very strong, so I guess a little goes a long way, getting used to the taste still. A friend used this on fish and gave me a taste, it was very good, so I am wondering what the difference could be between her product and mine.
