I tried "Pike Place" for the first time. And, for the first time I have been disappointed with a Starbucks coffee. There was no distinctive flavor that I am accustomed to from Starbucks. It tastes like a mass produced ground coffee like one would find at the grocer.

I purchased this coffee at the Pike Place Starbucks in Seattle, and loved it. I tried to order more, but it was not available until a couple of weeks ago. It's awesome.

I drink alot of coffee during the week. Usually going for a more bold flavor. I usually like the smoothness of this roast when I purchase a cup from a Starbucks store. Since it is a milder roast I usually go for it in the afternoons. Well when brewed at home in my automatic drip coffee maker for some reason it comes out very mild and seems to have very low caffeine levels. Some people may like that, I prefer the buzz. But, I do have to say the delivery and service was very exceptional. I received it in 1 day (was slated to get it in 4-5days) and they included coffee mints which I thought was a nice touch.

Good, well-rounded, every day coffee, that is great for company, but economical enough for your every day brew. No longer do you have to have two different blends on hand.

We really savour the Pike Place Roast coffee. It is a refreshing cup of java each morning that we enjoy so far from home, yet we feel like we are right there, at the Pike Place Starbucks, with each sip we take. We will definitely buy more in the near future!

Pikeroast has just the right taste for me. Some of the other blends are too strong. This is just right.

My husband and I love the smooth flavor of this roast. We particularly enjoy it in the evening after dinner. It doesn't leave a heavy acidic aftertaste like some of the bolder roasts. We prefer the bolder blends for the morning!

An excellent coffee. My wife and I both love it. Started finding it out on the West Coast (Seattle area) then, of all places, at the Starbucks on the NY Thruway. Haven't been able to find it in recent weeks and was happy that we were able to order it on-line.
