  • Muffin Top Pan is the Best

I ordered this item as I wanted to make low carb flax seed meal bread buns for sandwiches. When I got them in I used them right away and they were absolutely lovely. The little bread buns came out great and the muffin tin was wonderful by browning the bottom just enough to make the bread very tastey with a little crunch.

I am very very pleased with this product and recommend it for many other uses and to other people. It's also great for just using cake batter for little cakes instead of the whole muffin and by all means alot easier to frost!

I have also used the muffin top pan for making small omlets with eggs, diced ham, cheese and a little mushroom. I pour the egg mixture in the muffin top pan, add the ham, mushrooms and cheese on the top. You want to make sure you have enough room for the egg to expand and not go over the top then add your toppings.

They slide right out onto a biscuit, piece of toast or on one of my low carb sandwich buns. This is a terrific product! Thank you!!

    I recommend this product.

  • I received this muffin top pan for a Christmas gift. My family loves it and they are always asking me to make muffin tops. I wish I had 2 pans because the mix I use usually makes 7 or 8 muffin tops. I have to wait for the pan to cool before I use it again to finish off the mix. I buy Betty Crocker or Krusteaz muffin mixes and they work just fine. Be sure to keep the directions that come with the muffin pan as the times and temps are different than the muffin mix directions.

    I recommend this product.

  • Terrific Muffin Top

My husband and I were searching for the right pan to make the same size chocolate chip cookies and the muffin top pan is ideal. Now all of our cookies are the same size. We love the pans!

  • Pan style

I have wanted a muffin top pan for ages and was excited to find it on your site. When it arrived, I was disappointed in the size. Would have preferred smaller size. Maybe 8 to a pan rather than 6. If the batter is not perfect the muffin does not create a nice top, it is nothing more than a cakey large biscuit. The price was perfect. The nonstick was perfect. The warranty was perfect. The cups do need re-sizing. Thank you. diane watters

  • "Tops" are great, timing a challenge.

Everyone loves the tops, so this is really fun. And two pans are a must. But it was a challenge figuring out the cooking time. They should include a "Tips" flyer with the pans on temperature and cooking times for various batters.

    I recommend this product.

  • Liked product but

I liked the idea of the product but the size was much too big. I wanted to give them as a gift to friends that were starting a weight loss program but the muffin top that would be produced using the pan were much too big. They would be the size of a normal muffin, therefore I returned the product.

  • Chicago Metallic Muffin Top Pans

These are great for cornbread! (Baked at usual temperature for jiffy cornbread mix.) Did a little research online & found muffintops requre a decrease in oven temperature by 25 degrees for use with most muffin recipes & decrease cooking time. (The recipes I tried took 12-15 minutes.) Hoping Chicago Metallic Bakeware gets their website up with some recipes. These make baking fast & clean up is easy.

    I recommend this product.

  • Muffin Top Tins are Durable and Large

I like how well made these tins are, and the size of each muffin top. I've already used them several times and the results are perfect! I bought a second set for my daughter who is enjoying them as much as I do. At first I thought they were kind of pricey, until I looked at the quality of them versus cheaper ones.

    I recommend this product.

Good quality pans. I'm still working with the right amount of batter so the muffins won't be too large or too small, but am very pleased with the purchase.

  • What a Surprise!!!

I was originally looking for a pan to make rolls in for burgers and sandwiches. The muffin-top pan fit all the specs I was looking for. But what a surprise when I had leftover pancake batter! I made perfect BAKED 4-inch pancakes!!! (And they were flaxseed pancakes. Tasted just like buckwheat pancakes!)
    Low fat, low cholesterol, heart-healthy!!!
Now I make perfect BAKED PANCAKES, refrigerate or freeze them for future use, and just take them out to microwave!!!
My only regret is that I didn't order two!
I will be ordering two more soon! Try it, you'll like it!!!

    I recommend this product.

  • Unka Kals Apple Caps

I have been making Apple muffin caps for a very long time... I wore my first Muffin Top pan nearly out. It takes just the right size ring to make the perfect Apple/cranberry cap, thats why I selected this diameter. I have already baked three sets of caps since receiving my new pans. They brown to perfection and clean up with a swipe of the dish towel. Thats why I wanted them. Keeping a regular batch of Apple caps around the house means having the right tools for the job. Chicago Metallic Nonstick Muffin Top Pan fit the bill. I bought two to streamline my batch swaps. Happy baking at Unka Kals

    I recommend this product.
