These baking dishes are handy. They cook fish really well. They are attractive enough to place on the table or buffet. They clean up very easily. I enjoy using them very much.

It is important not to think of these as au gratin dishes because they bear no resemblance to the use of these tried and true porcelain work horses. Only in the sense that they are oval in shape do they resemble au gratins. Their work is broader.
They clean up easily and fit nicely into small storage areas between use. I recommend them to anyone who has looked at a small amount of food and did not wish to use a too large pan to bake or reheat. These are the answer and the handles make easy and safe transfer of very hot dishes.
I bought 2 sets of them. I think they're great for individual servings. Everything cooks nice and evenly in them.

These are just the right size for one dish meals for both of us. Very easy to clean and can cook and eat right out of them. They are great for snack night also. Just the right size for didps, and look nice on the table. I will be getting another set. Iwould love to have four of them. They cook even, and are nice a heavey. Very easy to clean. Just a little bar keepers friend, and they look like they have never been used.

Using these baking dishes as individual duck confit cassolet is great as well as side dishes. It makes a great presentations for dishes. Even when I'm lazy, I like putting leftovers in this.

My pet peeve is that they do not have a volume stamped on the bottom.For a new cook this is a big help.
