The quality is good but they are much too small to be of any use. I returned them.

Great little single serving bakers. I have used them to roast a lamb chop, bake a potato and heat all those little things that you don't need a full sheet for, like egg rolls, a couple of mini quiches, leftovers etc. Really great for individual servings.

Another great product from All-Clad! Perfect for cooking for two.

price vs. quanty

I think that for the price (even though reduced) should have been for 4 oval baking dishes, not 2. Also, the pans should have been anodized on the INSIDE so I don't worry about scratching the surface with a SPOON! that being said, these pans are adorable and I enjoyed making Bobby Flay's Cauliflower Gratin, they were perfect! Only wish I had 4 :(

Did Not Know I Needed these!

I purchased these small baking dishes because I thought they were cute and maybe I can find a use or two for them. Within a week after they arrived my husband was making an apple crisp bake to bring to a neighbor's house for dinner . He had too much apple dessert and it would not all fit in his baking dish. We decided to try our new little dishes for the extras. They worked great and we had our own desserts for home! And they do hold more than you would think.
