Emeril does kick it up a notch with his steak sauce. We usually use A-1 and still do, but tried Emeril's for a change and on a recommendation from a friend. Graeat flavor and good on the cheaper cuts of steak. Hard to find in our local stores so a good gift for friends to try.

Emeril's Steak Sauce is the ABSOLUTE BEST on the market. We cannot get it locally, thereby have to order on-line at an incredible price from Cooking.com. When we have guests over for steaks, we often send them home a bottle, and refer them to Cooking.com, too. It is always a hit and is sure to give an Emeril "BAM" to your taste buds!! (Almost like he was there in person! LOL!)
