I was very much looking forward to trying this coffee as a result of the favorable reviews. I was very much disappointed. It has a bitter taste. It doesn't taste all that fresh either. I have tried various coffees and feel I qualify to judge fairly. This was not good.

We discovered this coffee in a restaurant on Whidbey Island! Came right he and started looking on line. It is delicious. Full of flavor without being bitter.
