Italian coffee

I find the coffee to be very strong, I've tried putting less coffee in, but it still comes out bitter, and strong. I do believe it was a good deal, but what good is a good deal if your not pleased with the product.....

Like caramel.....

This is the best Italian Roast coffee we've ever had. Smooth, a little sweet and a hint of caramel. Torrefazione Italia used to have a chain of coffee shops with great pastries and this coffee until the folks with the green circle sign bought and closed it. It took me years to find and it is definitely better than anything you can buy at the store .

Terrific Coffee

Love cooking.com for continuing to carry this brand when fewer and fewer brick-based (vs. click-) retailers do.

It's simply delicious. We've probably bought fifty bags of this over the past few years. When our recent seller quit offering it, we figured we'd find something better -- we do live in Portland OR and it shouldn't be difficult in this java-crazed place -- but always enjoy this the most.

2nd place ain't bad!

This coffee is very good, but it does not quite have the fullness of the Palermo bend. It's still better than anything I can find in the store!

Would rather buy beans

The best coffee!

This is the best coffee I know of--and I've tried most. The dark roast makes an ideal cup of caffe americano and a great espresso.

Good for a ground coffee

Our favorite still remains the dark roast Fogbuster by Pierce Brothers Roasters, which we grind ourselves and which are also organic and fair trade.

We mistakenly got these already ground, but to compare with freshly ground beans would be unfair. Suffice it to say that for pre-ground beans, these are very good.

Delicious Italian Coffee

I am not the world's biggest coffee snob, but I do know this coffee is rich and delicious. I use it in a percolator daily and am highly satisfied with my purchase.

While I really liked this coffee, I was not blown away by it.
I had another blend of the same brand that I liked better.

This is a dark roast which I like. It has a good flavor and we are enjoying it a lot.
