Ok, I read alot of reviews before I purchase the (16) coffee mugs. They do keep coffee hot and have a nice big handle. The really bad thing about the mugs are, no matter how you take a sip or drink of you coffee, it drips down the side of the mug. So after you are done dringing the whole cup, you have about 6-8 dips on the side, looks pretty bad. Must be the way the lip is made on the mug, so sad. So plan on doing alot of licking.

I was hoping for a nice sturdy coffee mug with a nice, easy to hold handle. The handle on these mugs is really thin, so it makes the cup hard to hold. I was going to send them back, but it was going to cost me as much to return them as I paid for them. I'll probably just donate them to a charity at this point. Really disappointed.

These are the cutest cups you ever want to see. They are smaller then normal cups but they are just right at the same time.

Stoutly feel and no sharp edges, no bad seams from the mold-- well made. However, it doesn't say any where Made in Germany. I thought they would be proud of their well made product.
