These work really well, don't scratch the nonstick surface of my griddle and clean up easily. I originally tried using old tuna cans but the rounded bottoms don't come off easily and leave a sharp edge that either scratches the surface of the griddle or hands. These are worth the price to me.

Great hamburger bun maker for Celiacs!
These rings were very helpful when I was making hamburger buns from a gluten free flour mixture, as the batter was not like wheat batter. I intend to use them often.

I'm impressed with the obvious quality of the English Muffin Rings. I bought three sets so that I'd be able to fill my griddle and cook them in larger batches. I'm glad I did!

These are a hard item to find (and no tuna cans won't work, the bottoms don't come off!). I love my rings. The muffins slip right out with easy clean up. My family loves our fresh English muffins and I love that they become quick and easy to prepare.

I love to cook and decided to try my hand at English Muffins. I finally found a great recipe and these rings are the perfect tool for cooking them on my griddle. They are great, too, for eggs that we put on the muffins to make our version of a McDonald's Egg McMuffin.

I found a recipe for muffins and decided I needed rings to make them properly. These work very well and they are thin enough to heat very quickly, so the heat can be reduced. They say they work for eggs as well, but I haven't been bold enough to try it yet. Good for the job at hand.

I decided to make stovetop English muffins out of desperation, when my oven broke and I couldn't bake bread. After experimentation, I found that what worked best was filling the greased/floured rings (which sit on a greased griddle) about 2/3 full with a slightly runny English muffin/crumpet (yeast) dough after its first rising, then letting the batter rise to the tops of the rings before grilling. My family and guests have LOVED these, so I have continued to make them often, even after my oven was repaired. However, these rings must be washed and IMMEDIATELY dried by hand or in a warm oven; otherwise or they can rust, and then they're very unappetizing. Why can't these rings be made out of a non-rusting material? There are so many things made out of silicone or coated with a ceramic these days that this shouldn't be rocket science. But to my knowledge, all English muffin rings currently have this rusting problem, if they are left wet after washing. So, I recommend these, because they are the highest quality we can get, and they are fun to use!

I looked all over for English muffin rings and either they were insanely expensive or the shipping was over the top. These rings were fair priced and the shipping was reasonable. They were shipped very quickly. I have used them to make English muffins, eggs and other ringed dishes. They work great.
