Best flexible cutting mats!

Over the years, I have tried many different kinds of flexible cutting mats. Some cut through too easily and one that looks similar has a pebbled top surface that makes it difficult to chop herbs. So far these seem like they will be perfect for my needs. Two things I would like, though. I would love to be able to purchase the cutting mats individually. I would like more of the large size but don't want more of the smaller sizes. I would also like to see them make an even larger size mat that could be purchased separately.

Pleased with the sturdiness yet flexibility of these cutting mats. Really don't need the pictures to help me decide what to use the mat for. Since we rarely eat red meat anymore, I find more cutting of breads than meat have taken priority usage for one mat.
