After a year of wear and tear in my kitchen - trust me it can be a knife gauntlet - I was hooked on the quality and design of Ergo Chef’s product. Before I knew it, I was teaming up with them to develop my own collection. We sketched a range of designs lookin’ for the select few that really rocked technically and aesthetically!

This 4-pc. Steak House Steak Knife Set by Guy Fieri is like no other. The knives feature a thick one-piece high carbon steel blade with full tang for durability. A precision heat treat process hardens the blades to 55-58HRC for longer and sharper edge life. A special notched finger groove on top of the blade offers better control and comfort for resting your finger. The blade features a serrated front section for easy slicing through tough meats and a straight edge along the back section for lighter cuts. The contoured handle has grooves for a sure grip and 3 satin finish star rivets for a real-deal look.

I have not had the opportunity to use them yet. The blades are very nice. The handles would have been very cool with the knuckle sandwich look of the other knives.

I watch the Food Network Channel all the time and know that a chef would not put out an inferior product, because his reputation is on the line. When they arrived, I hand washed them and used them that evening on pork chops. I know it's over used, but, it cut through the meat like butter. It was at that point that my wife stood up, went to the kitchen and brought back a different steak knife. She said the Fieri knives were so sharp they frightened her.Since I do most of the cooking, I know I will enjoy these and the other Guy Fieri knives I purchased. Thank You.

Knives have a great feel in your hand, very balanced and ready to use right out of the box. I own the entire set of Knuckle Sandwich knives and am very pleased with their performance.

We bought these because my husband has other Guy Fieri knives and these were on sale with free shipping - we couldn't pass it up. When we received them we were really taken by the heftiness, styling and high quality. They come in a box that makes storing them easy and keeps the knives protected. They are truly beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

Bought this set of steak knives for my Dad as a Christmas gift. Purchased the block set last year for him and this set will complete it. He LOVES to cook and is a huge Food Network/Guy Fieri fan! He has raved about the quality of these knives time and time again! I'm glad that they were affordable enough for me to give!

I purchased a Guy Fieri knife for my husband last Christmas. He was so happy with the knife that I purchased the Steak House Knives for him for Father's Day. He absolutely loved the gift. I appreciated that they were on sale as I was able to buy an additional Guy Fieri Knife as well as his new cookbook. Purchased knives as a Birthday present for my wife. Looked at Wusthof and Henckels, no doubt are excellent knives, but a bit pricey. Fieri Knives are at a great price, well made and are just nice to look at. The star studs on the handles also make them fun, different from traditional steak knives. They are sharp, well balanced and the large handle gives you a secure grip.

I purchased these knives for my wife as a Christmas gift. Now I can't get them out of her hands. For her, they are the perfect size for doing so much more than cutting steaks. I feel like I finally got something that won't sit in a box forever.

Great set of steak knives. Serrations are large enough that cutting meat doesn't gum them up (my CIA set is worthless in that aspect). But, the blades on these knives are much wider than you would imagine (roughly 1 inch across). So be preparred for that. But the steel is good and they hold an edge quite well. The handles are definitely well designed and comfortable.

I ordered 2 sets of the guy fieri steak house knives for my husband for fathers day. havent given them to him yet but I was impressed by the quality of the knives when I received them. And I love that they were 50% off. That was my reason for ordering 2 sets. Every time he sees them advertised on food network he comments on how much he wants a set of them. I have put in 3 orders for a total of 5 sets of these steakhouse knives. We're keeping 2, we gave 1 to our nephew, and his new bride, and we will be ordering at least 3 more sets for our 4 children. Just as you would expect from Guy, these are unusually designed, and first class in my opinion. We will be sure to use them when we have dinner guests, and they will certainly be much of our conversation during our feast. I wouldn't give these knives to my precious children if I thought they were hokey, poorly made. They are sturdy, beautiful!

I purchased cultery set a couple of months ago and liked them so much that I decided to purchase the steak knifes for a friends anniversary present and another 8 for myself:-) These are the BEST knives! Definitely 5 star quality! The knive is not heavy but not light...just right. It cuts like a dream! The stars printed on the side are OK I would rather just black. Our friends thank us every time I talk to them - they love them as well!
