I looked in just about every store for these tartlet pans. Nobody seems to carry them. Then, I tried the internet. The food network had just what I needed. They are made very well and are heavy duty. I would recommend these pans to anyone who is looking for them.

Nice set of pans

by Cameron, MA

I bought these thinking that they were cheap enough that if they didn't work out, I could toss them, no harm done. But upon recieving them, I found that they are a set of well made pans with enough material to be rugged.
Handy to use, easy to clean, perfect for mini quiche. Mini key lime and Boston cream are next. Well worth the money! I am buying another set.

Sturdy

These are made in France and are solid and strong, no fear of them bending or warping. It's hard to find these out in the stores, so finding these at all and at a reasonable price is a no brainer. I recommend them.

I made apple crumb pie in the tart pans and they cooked perfectly and were easy to clean and unmold. I am a single mom of one child and I see myself using these on a regular basis

I am pleased with the tartlet pans. They are a better quality then many I have seen. The shipping was fast even though a bit pricey. I find your products good and I enjoy your recipes. Please look at using flat rate shipping. I do it all the time with my baking.

Good Product, Exactly What I Needed

by Fay, TX

I was a little concerned that these tart pans would be light weight. They just looked that way. But they were just right. With the removeable bottoms it is so much easier to remove the finished tarts. There was a lot riding on this purchase, because I was making 16 tarts for a special dinner at a restaurant, and it was my 'guest chef debut'. These pans and the committed delivery date both exceeded my expectations. Thank you

Quiche/Tartlet pans w/Removable Bottom

by Linda, NJ
March 16, 2009

I had found a wonderful recipe for Chocolate Tartlet with Butter Orange Cookie crust but didn't have the pans. So I searched on cooking.com and found these. I needed to be able to freeze the tarts prior to the baking. I was nervous about removing the tarts after being frozen. The removable bottoms allowed the tarts to POP right out. I am very please with this product.

The product is just as I expected; however, getting it ready for use was a pain. The product stickers on the bottom were difficult to remove. It was a good thing that I had Goo Gone on hand to remove the stickers. Product packaging is also a pain. It's a good thing I have a good pair of scissors to remove the packaging. I realize that it is important to protect the items, but the packaging has gone too far and is almost impossible to unpack some items.

Just what I was looking for

by Leora, OH
March 29, 2010

As I was planning a dinner for our Gourmet group, I realized that I needed tartlet pans w/removable bottoms. I call my friends who I thought might have such an item to no avail. So I did an internet search and found them. I had to pay extra for "fast shipping" but they arrived in plenty of time and were exactly what I needed. AND the tarts were wonderful!

I didn't realize this size of this Tartlet Pan was so hard to find. So I had to resort to the internet after exhausting local stores. To my surprise the quality of this pan was some of the best I've ever seen. Your web site was very helpful. I will use these tarlet pans many times again for projects like the 25 minature berry pies which is the reason I ordered in the first place and for my family & friends.

Individual serving tartlet pans

by Robert, OH
June 26, 2007

These are much sturdier than I had anticipated and will hold up for long time use. I feel they are a good value for the price especially since I had a very difficult time finding the individual serving size offered anywhere.
