Good size, fit well in the hand, comfortable handle, heavy, and sharp. Good for more than steaks. I used mine as paring knives, also.

These steak knives are the very best! Beautiful! Well balanced! Very sharp! I cut up a tomato with no problem! Of course, they are excellent for steak! Outstanding Quality! I would expect nothing less from Paula!

These steak knives are great! I had ok knives but they disappeared over the years from people taking them to work or using them at BBQs and somehow they never made their way back into the drawer. It took FOREVER to find knives that I love and am truly happy with these. Nice weight, sharp, and sturdy. Thanks Paula!
