I would suggest packing around each glass for shipment. My first set arrived shattered except for one glass. I called customer service and was promptly sent a replacement. The replacement still had one cracked glass.

The glasses were exactly what I expected and they were delivered promptly and in good condition. They are low end glasses from a high quality manufacturer and are intended for a cooperative wine class we will be doing with friends. Thanks for the good service. Richard McKee
