They were so easy to use. All I had to do was soak the planks and then put them on the grill. What can be easier than that. No oiling the planks, no fish flaking and falling through the grate and my Salmon didn't even stick. And the clean up. All I had to do was through the plank in the trash. The flavor was the best part of it all. It was delicious. You can bet that fish is going to be regular item on my menu from now on.

We used it for salmon and I want to try other meats as well. Used a gas grill and didn't have any problems with flare ups or sticking. We did oil the plank before use.
