Over the holidays, I purchased the martini glasses. I was so impressed with the martini glasses; I decided to order the burgundy wine glasses, the high ball and the old fashion glassware. This crystal is beautiful and functional! The glasses sparkle and look much more expensive then they are. The glassware is incredibly stylish, and will always elicited compliments from your guests. My daughter was in New York recently and dined at a high-end restaurant. The restaurant used the burgundy glasses as their choice for red wines. I highly recommend The Schott Zwiesel line of glassware.

Exactly what we wanted

When the last of our old set of inexpensive double old-fashioned glasses finally broke a few weeks ago, we went in search of moderately-priced, nice-looking, well-made glasses (lots of hyphens there, look alive people!) After doing a fair amount of research, Schott Zwiesel generally seemed to fit the bill. This particular model appeared to have a little extra style flair to it, so we went for them. We are so happy with our purchase! We've used them multiple times already and couldn't be happier. They feel great in the hand, they look very chic, they hold a mixed drink or just a bit of whiskey with equal panache, etc. We've been putting them in the top rack of the dishwasher and they come out totally unharmed and spotless. For the money, these are a great buy, and cooking.com had them for the right price with immediate shipping. Great purchase on every level.
