Received product in average amount of time. These dishes were a good value for the price. Only problem I ran into was the way the manufacturer shipped the product. They wrapped the dishes in paper. Upon receiving the dishes 2 were damaged. Cooking.com did reorder these dishes for me and I was very satisfied with their customer service. Way 2 Go cooking.com.
