Paolo Paci is a journalist who was managing editor of the monthly magazine Weekend Viaggi and then went on to help design and launch of Viaggiesapori. VS Viaggiare Scoprire followed in 2006, and he became the editor-in-chief in 2009. Paci has reported from around the world and published a dozen books, from sporting manuals to tourist guides, photography books, and travel memoirs. He is currently sub-editor of La Cucina Italiana.
