The paper towel holder works well in my kitchen and looks great. When I received the package, it was well wrapped, however, the chicken on top was bent over. I was able to straighten it out, but was afraid it would break off. So far, so good though.

I was soo pleased with this item. I had an old wooden one that had its day. This one is classy looking and fits in with my kitchen decor.I simply love it!

I ordered the cookbook stand, the napkin holder and the paper towel holder. I thought it would look nice with my bronze and copper finishes in the kitchen. The paper towel holder is very lightly made compared to the other products. Although it looks nice, it is very light duty for tearing off paper towels. My inner stand (where the paper towels sit) was leaning, so I called customer service and they are sending out a new one. So I rate customer service with an A++ as they were friendly, & helpful. I think the paper towel holder should be durable just like the cookbook holder and the napkin holder which are great products.

I thought it would be heavier than it is. Every time I remove paper towels from it I almost pull it off my cabinet. So I hold onto it very tight.

Not as sturdy as I hoped, but I love Paula Deen's kitchen items. They give my kitchen the southern flair I am always after. I have had her red porcelain painted cookware for a few years now & I just ordered her stack and steamer. I'm sure it will fit in perfectly with all my other PD stuff.
