The Edge Brownie Pan is great! I did, however, make the recipe for brownies that came with the product....icky. I am an edge lover, so this is perfect...lasagna or some other saucy bake would be good. It is a little expensive for something I don't use that often.

I didn't have to adjust my baking time for either the brownies or cornbread that I have made so far, but that is probably due to my oven being a little wonky. I have not tried any of the recipes that are included in the packaging yet but I have only had mine for a few weeks.
Moist on the inside, crisp on the outside. My husband loved the brownies. I plan to try other batters, also. Maybe cornbread is next?!

I used non-stick spray but probably didnt even need too. While you do get an edge on every brownie you still get that gooey middle part too. The kids ate the whole pan of brownies in one day! Loved the little spatula that comes with it.

Yes | No Report Violation »Should have had this when my six kids were living at home and every one of them had to have an "EDGE",,,still a clever take on a brownie pan. Just need to watch carefully, because they tend to brown and dry out much faster than in a conventional 9" x 13" pan. Do not choose a brownie mix made for an 8" x 8" pan!

I made a pan of boxed brownies in the pan last weekend, and they were perfect. I appreciated the recipe guide which said to cut the cooking time and to check the brownies 5 minutes earlier than normal.

The pan is a nice heavy-duty pan, and it cooked evenly. The only concern was that the bottom didn't get good and brown.
I looked in several places for this particular brownie pan and Cooking.com had the lowest price. I LOVE this pan! The ladies I work with love it also, since I now make the most perfect edge piece brownies. Any brownie mix works great, the spatula that comes with it is just great for the job. I have already recommended this pan to several ladies and they were looking into it. They thought it was pricey too, but look how many brownies you have made that were gooey (and not done) in the middle - problem solved. LOVE THIS PAN.

It comes with a small, plastic off-set spatula which is perfect for lifting the cooled squares of goodness out of the pan. No stores in my area sell this pan. Had to have one...love it!
