Calphalon Forever

I love love love my Calphalon products. I have no complaints whatsoever. I especially love this Puff Pancake Pan. It can be filled with all kinds of good stuff. Very versatile for daily use and perfect for entertaining.

FUN!! FUN!!

This pan creates a fun pancake for all--always looking for something different to entice those breakfast eaters and this pan did the trick. Easy to use and you can be very creative and use many different "stuffings" for the middle of these puffs---apple or any fruit chopped, jellies, lemon curd--use your imagination! Also very impressive for guests! The price was right and I enjoy this pan every time I use it!

Awesome for filled donuts!

My son & I have already made bavarian cream filled donuts with this pan, plus jelly & pudding filled. He's also told me that next time we do Mickey Mouse pancakes, he wants me to use this pan for the ears & that way he can have the ears filled with chocolate

I haven't used the pan yet but really like the non-stick idea for the puff pancakes. I have one that isn't and like this better.

Wonderful Pan for Specialty Pancakes

Purchased this pan to replace my missing ebelskiver pan. The nonstick coating performed wonderfully and enabled easy turning of pancakes. The pan warmed up quickly and cooked evenly. My only disappointment is the cavities are not turn half spheres so you can't make a perfectly spherical pancake (as my origianl ebelskiver pan was able to do); you get an elliptical shape. Still round enough to make it interesting and unique.
