I have tried a few recipes from this book and all of them are "Delicioso". I defenetly recomend this book to my friends!

I have tried several of the recipes and find them to be simple and delicious. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone that wants to try cooking latin food. Very Good.

I used to be a cook many years ago, but the dishes that I learned to cook were all American fare type dishes...steak...prime rib...chili...but I never worked in a Hispanic or Latin restaurant. So, although I really enjoyed eating these dishes at other restaurants, I had not learned how to make them myself. It wasn't until I saw Simply Delicioso on the Food Network channel that I realized that these dishes may not be that hard to make. I tried a couple of recipes that I had seen her perform on this show, and they came out quite good! Please don't get me wrong, I am nowhere near a professional chef or cook. That was years ago, and I only cook for friends and family now, but the dishes in this book are easy to make, and they taste great. I would recommend this book to others like myself who have wanted to try Latin dishes, but until now, have not had the nerve to do anything other than tacos!

In a few short weeks I have tried at least 1/3 of the recipes and they are all amazing. I have many recipe books, but this was immediately one of my all-time favourites!

I'm new to latin cooking, but there are many great recipes in the book that are easy to follow. I also like the section on the pantry that explains the ingredients that you might be unfamiliar with.

THE QUALITY OF THE PAPER AND THE SET UP OF THE ENTIRE BOOK IS BEAUTIFUL. EVERYTHING YOU MAKE BASED ON THE RECIPES COMES OUT TERRIFIC. THERE IS NO WAY TO MESS UP A RECIPE, AND I AM NOT THE GREATEST OR MOST EXPERT COOK. I LOVE, LOVE INGRID HOFFMAN'S RECIPES AND FLAVORINGS. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS COOKBOOK.
