Ok overall

I liked this book specifically because there are a number of quick recipes - doctoring cake mixes, etc. But on the flip side, I look to cookbooks, specifically for baking to challenge me and to stretch my skills. so I enjoy the book, but have mixed feelings. I think it would have been better if it was either all scratch recipes or all doctored mixes.
