You schedule the frequency you wish to recieve orders in one-month, two-month, three-month,
and six-month intervals. Choose your preference and we'll send out the shipments
on that schedule automatically. You can return and modify your subscription schedule
online at any time. You'll only be charged for each order when the item is shipped.
The amount charged each time will reflect the price of the item on the day the order
is placed, plus any applicable sales tax.
Update or Cancel at Any Time
Simply login to your "Manage Recurring Orders" page in Your Account at any time
to modify the frequency of your shipments, the quantity of your subscription, and
billing or shipping address and payment methods. Changes will take place immediately
and will be applied to all unshipped orders associated with your subscription.
You read it right: If you find an item you bought with us sold for less somewhere else, we'll match the item price!
How It Works
If you should find a lower advertised price on an in-stock, identical item from one you purchased from us, you can submit a Price Match request up to 14 days after your purchase.
Forward your order confirmation email or send an email to email@example.com and include a link to the retailer's website promotion with the lower price. Please include "Price Match" in the subject line of the email.
Once approved, the price match will be calculated and refunded based on the item price. (Note that some exclusions may apply to keep things on the up and up.)

Summer barbecues are great, but running out to the back patio in the middle of the winter to check on your steaks while it’s snowing or raining, not so much. For the price, it is great. Don't let the cheesiness of it fool you. This grill works wonderfully and the cleanup is fast and neat. Always remember to put the water in the drip pan as suggested. Makes the cleanup work!
Overall the grill works as advertised, except it is by no means smokeless. The heating element is permanently fixed into the grill itself, so the food surface actually heats. The drip pan is just that a drip pan and, with or without water, has nothing to do with preventing smoke. The heated surface on which the food sits, the grill itself, smokes as natural meat juices, etc, make contact with the hot surface. You'll want to use this grill under a vent hood to prevent smoking up the house.
This smokeless indoor grill is fantastic. You could not ask for a better product. I have cooked burgers, hot dogs, fish and steak on this and you can't tell the difference from it and the same cooked on an outdoor grill. It does an excellent job. In fact this is my second one, one for home and now one for the river house. Don't let the weather spoil another "cookout"!
Not only did it smoke like crazy, we had the fans going and the windows open to remove the smoke. The brats took almost an hour to cook on setting 3, and instead of the returning the grill instructions, I get this survey.
I bought this grill for my daughter-in-law at Christmas. She likes grilled meat in her salads. Now, she will not have to wait until her husband is home to start charcoal and let it burn down to cook the meat. It truly is smokeless and she says easy clean-up. I bought one for myself although I haven't been back to my house to be able to use it. Can't wait to grill!
This photo is very realistic, as the product appears exactly as shown. However, in application, not so much. It created a great deal of smoke, and the grease that drips out of the meat is released into the air, carried on the steam from the drip tray. This left an oily film all over the kitchen counters, and floor. The burgers were quite delicious, but the mess afterward was nightmarish. It may perform better with chicken, or fish, as they have less grease. I might try again with one of those, or even kabobs, or fruit, but NEVER again with burgers, at least not in the house.
The first time I used it I followed all directions and when I warmed it up I heard a cracking sound. Couldn't see anything wrong with it so I continued to cook on it. The steaks came out perfectly like I had grilled outside. When I cooked for cleaning I coukdnt find a crack, but the next time I used it I did see a crack on the side of the grill surface. I will contact the maker and see what I need to do.
We have used the smokeless grill one time to grill a steak. Regardless of the name being smokeless it was not. After venting the kitchen and stopping the smoke detector, the grill produced an excellent tasting steak including grill marks with a beautiful rare interior.
The cleanup was quick and easy.
I bought this because I wanted less fat and broiling is a hassle. This has quick clean-up, cooks like a dream, is smokeless and makes things healthier and taste like they were cooked outdoors. We don't have a grill outside and with this, I can make the same BBQ food! LOVE IT!
