appeared to be flimsy cheap and coil was only in the center of the grill therefore items on the perimeter wouldn't cook as quickly as those in middle. Most irritating was that I had to pay almost $14 to return a product that is shoddy and not worth me keeping. No more purchases from this website for sure....I'll just go see what old Walmart has !

I hate it! I would send it back but my husband threw away the box. Grill would not stay hot. It was impossible to remove the water pan without making a huge mess. Best thing I can say is at least I only spent the sale price & not full price!

when you use the grill for the first time, it does smoke. the flavor of the items grilled is well worth the inconvenience.

When I received the box is was all crushed and the little metal piece that holds the grill plate is cheap and was bent and the product was just cheaply made. I was expecting something better coming from the Food Network.
