For the price, it is great. Don't let the cheesiness of it fool you. This grill works wonderfully and the cleanup is fast and neat. Always remember to put the water in the drip pan as suggested. Makes the cleanup work!

This smokeless indoor grill is fantastic. You could not ask for a better product. I have cooked burgers, hot dogs, fish and steak on this and you can't tell the difference from it and the same cooked on an outdoor grill. It does an excellent job. In fact this is my second one, one for home and now one for the river house. Don't let the weather spoil another "cookout"!

Overall the grill works as advertised, except it is by no means smokeless. The heating element is permanently fixed into the grill itself, so the food surface actually heats. The drip pan is just that a drip pan and, with or without water, has nothing to do with preventing smoke. The heated surface on which the food sits, the grill itself, smokes as natural meat juices, etc, make contact with the hot surface. You'll want to use this grill under a vent hood to prevent smoking up the house.

the grill works great, but could be just a little longer. space is a little tight. for a family of 4 would be great.

It really was smokeless. The chicken breasts took longer to cook than they said. I think it will work better on meats and seafood that doesn't need to cook so long. It was easy to clean.
