I'm sad to find a product endorsed by Paula that is so poorly constructed and flimsy. I love to slow cook ribs on my charcoal grill but hate that they take up so much room. This rack looked like the perfect solution. NOT SO! The rack is like a house of cards, any slight touch and everything collapses. The dividers don't stay in their slots when you try to put the ribs in. Once the rack gets hot it isn't easy to adjust the ribs. Smaller cuts of ribs slide right through the rack causing you to take out the other pieces to reach it.

This is a good value, and helps to rid the meat of the excess fat that none of us need!! Just what I need!!

when I used it it fell apart did not hold the ribs up straight

the lid won't close and the whole thing is hard to put together and is made out of very thin metal and the finish is not good.

the rack is the purrrrrfect size for my particular grill; i've been looking for ever; i can't wait to try it out, i just know it will perform greatly!
