Great taste. Few issues with baking though

The taste and flavor of these cupcakes are phenomenal. No issues there. And if you only care about the taste, that's all you need to know. For myself, I was disappointed in the presentation. The instructions say make 12 cupcakes and fill each cup equally. Doing so created a lot of overflow. The mix is probably enough for 15 or more cupcakes. The included frosting recipe was also WAY too much. Unless you're going to frost with over and inch of frosting thickness, there's a lot left over. Not a huge issue, I just froze the remaining. None of these problems actually take away from the flavor, just a few things that you should know before attempting. Also, I'm a high altitude baker so these may just be high altitude adjustments. If so, it'd be nice if that was mentioned in the instructions or include modifications!
