Great Griddle

We have used the griddle very often for pancakes, french toast, eggs and bacon with great results. We will bringing it on our spring break!

The surface of the griddle is grainy and rough. I did not even plug it in, just sent it back. A poorly applied coating for an expensive griddle.

This griddle lives up to the hype. We run a bed & breakfast inn. The consistant temperature control is vital to our ability to provide our guests with consistant products.

Great product. It is worth the extra cost after I've thrown money away on the supposed non-stick griddles I'd bought before. Just one small comment about the shipping. The griddle is roughly 25" wide x 14" deep but it arrived in a box big enough to ship a large microwave - about 4' x 4' x 4'. I thought we'd never figure out how to get rid of that box and all those peanuts. Not very efficient.

I bought this griddle after it received top place from Cooks Illustrated. It works as advertised and rated. I don't have anything else (other than frying pans) to compare it to, but it does a great job of bacon, pancakes, and eggs. Highly recommended.

Large cooking surface, accurate temp. control and easy clean up. well made and thought out (the rear leg adjusts create a slpoe for drainage). Not much to dislike, we use it every day but have only had it about a month.

I love to make pancakes for my family. When I dropped my previous griddle and broke it into smitherings, I set out to find what I really wanted. I chose this and have not been sorry. It's a great size for a family. The splatter guard is an excellent feature. I don't think you would regret this purchase.

This griddle lives up to expectations. I followed the instructions and it performed perfectly.
The no stick surface heats well and cleans easily.
After purchasing several griddles and then returning them, this one is a pleasure.

love the way the griddle cooks. also that it is USA made.
Only drawback of the griddle is that the bottom of it is very rough and is not washable. Please reconsider this.
