This is an excellent roaster but I found out too late that I could have saved $50.00 by using another vendor.

This roaster pan is great,it heats fast and cooks in half the time of a regular oven.I use everyday,its great!!!!

I really enjoy the size of this roaster oven. When our oven's bottom heating element went out I was able to put our 10"x15" casserole dish in this roaster (without the rack in it) to cook our lasagna. We were also able to cook a large ham and all our sweet potatoes in it at the same time this Thanksgiving. It helped free up much needed room in the oven.

I have a one-oven kitchen and I loved having this roaster to cook the holiday turkey and free up the oven for other things. But the best part was that the turkey was tender and juicy--quite possibly the best one we've cooked. My husband is in charge of cooking the turkey and he was likewise impressed. I also bought the roaster liners and was very disappointed. Another reviewer commented the the bags melted to the sides of the roaster and that was my experience too.

Never used an electric oven roaster and had my doubts. I was looking to free up my oven, have a more juicy turkey, and (the most important) to loan the oven to my other children so they could make the turkey because their ovens were not big enough. To my utter amazement and doubts-- it worked! Had a 24 pound stuffed fresh turkey, cooked it at 325 for 5 hours, put the turkey in the regular oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes to get brown, and was complimented for a wonderful turkey. I never lifted the lid till it was completely done. For a change, I ordered a product that worked. Totally surprised, Judy.

This is a great product. I enjoyed cooking my roast in it. The roast was moist and tender and it melted in our mouths.
