OMG What a lifesaver. It is so much easier now being able to pour instead of holding the bowl in the crook of my arm and scraping out the contents. Best money I ever spent

Yes | No Report Violation »I bought this mixing bowl for my KitchenAid mixer to use for 2 bowl recipes, so I wouldn't have to keep washing one to use it again for the same recipe. Well, the one that came with my mixer had a nice sturdy, rounded handle and was easy to hold. This one is like a cheap thin piece of square metal that hurts your hand when you hold it. It's not very easy to hold because the handle hurts! I can't imagine that KitchenAid would have approved this.

Yes | No Report Violation »I was really excited to order a second bowl for my Kitchen Aid Classic Plus stand mixer, but this bowl was not even close to the quality of the bowl that came with my mixer like I was expecting. Since the bowl metal is not brushed, and is shiny in appearancce, it leaves behind finger prints and smudges; espcially from my 2o month old's greasy fingers! Also, like another reviewer mentioned, the handle is not very comfortable to grip. So I sadly sent it back and am going to wait to receive the glass bowl with lid for Christmas that also cooresponds with my mixer. Even though it's expensive, the lid makes the difference for storing that extra cookie dough in the fridge!

Having a second mixing bowl makes beating the whites in one bowl then having a second bowl to mix the yolk mixture. Having the two bowls saves time and effort in making this yummy desert!

0 of 0 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »I bought this bowl as a second for my mixer. It is slightly smaller than my original, but still fits in the bottom lock. Same good quality that Kitchen Aid provides. I only wish that the handle was rounded instead of flat.

The only thing is you can tell the difference in the metal of the bowl. The original is much more sturdier. This one is not as thick. All in all, I love it!

0 of 0 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »I think $40 - $50 is too much for a mixing bowl. However, since I have a Kitchenaide mixer, I don't have a choice. You really do need to have at least 2 bowls to bake effecientley.
I wanted an extra bowl for my stand mixer. This is exactly what I wanted. Works great.
0 of 0 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »I use my mixer almost on a daily basis & had to wash the bowl numerous times to use again. The new one with the handle helps tremendously as I have arthritis & its easier to use the handle instead of having to grip the entire bowl.
I use my mixer for everything, mixing burger for meatloaf, macaroni salad, mashed potato salad, etc.
Not only the bowl, but the mixer itself makes my life easier & my wrists are "happy campers"!
Love having an extra bowl for my kitchen aid mixer. Now I don't have to quick transfer and wash my original bowl when the recipe calls for ingredients to be prepared individually before combining, like egg whites or whipping cream.
