Ordered by mistake

OOPS! All bowls are not the same! Tried to get a gift for someone with a tilthead mixer-this bowl does not work for that type of mixer stand. Back to square one in trying to find one that works for a KSM 150. This one has to go back. I am sure it is great for the right mixer.

I needed an extra bowl for my new mixer, which is just plain amazing.

Cheaper than the KitchenAid website!

This is the same bowl that came with my mixer. It was $15 more on the KitchenAid website (plus shipping!) I only wish cooking.com had the coated beaters I was looking for and I would have bought them too and saved myself the trouble of having to order from both sites!

Great extra bowl

Great extra bowl for 6 quart stand mixer. Sometimes one bowl is just not enough

Just the quality I expect from KitchenAid

I ordered this as an extra bowl for my mixer because I use it frequently and hate hand washing dishes. The smooth ergonomic handle is easy and comfortable for my arthritic hands to hold onto when scooping cookie dough out of the bowl or pouring cake batter into the pans. This bowl holds up well to my dishwasher.

The ergonomic handle on this product makes it very easy to use; it fits my mixer very well.

After pricing these elsewhere, or having a difficult time trying to find them in stores, I found them here and am delighted.

The handle on these is a really nice improvement over the old style handles of the bowl that came with my older model Kitchen Aid Mixer. There are no rough or open edges on the handle, top of the bowl and no areas where water can get in.

I would by another one if needed; but with the quality of this item, I don't think I will be needing another anytime soon!

2nd mixing bowl

I rec'd the bowl promptly and in fine condition.

The bowl is great: heavy, with a handle. It's also a good idea for me to have two mixing bowls, as I often have recipes that call for more than one mixed component. However, it is expensive, and it would be nice to have, say a 4-quart version that fits on 6-quart mixers (I saw a 3-quart bowl for 5-quart mixers at a store recently). Overall, I'm glad I bought this, but it was more expensive than I'd hoped it would be.

I love my KitchenAid mixer, but found many occasions where a second bowl would have come in handy. Now, I'm prepared.

this is a second mixing bowl for my kitchen aid mixer. if you need one, this is the one to get. if not, it's a waste of money. duh. :)

Extra bowl comes in handy

Having extra bowls definitely comes in handy. Allows you to do multiple cooking projects without having to stop and wash the single bowl.

Two bowls are better than one...

I bought this as a second bowl for the stand mixer I got for Christmas... I haven't used it yet but I don't foresee having any gripes.

This bowl is a very well made, high quality stainless steel product with a big price to match, so I waited until there was a sale and special bonus to purchase it. So far, my husband and niece used it while making his traditional family Christmas cookies. Having this second bowl to use, when making so many different things, was really handy. Since I was the dishwasher/cleanup gal for the cookie baking weekend, I have yet to put the bowl or mixer to use, but I will use it soon.
