This is such a good product! It fits different pots and I love the loop handles, as opposed to the single long handled steamer. This is a great find!

We were suprised that its design allowed us to use it over our older 3 quart saucepan. This steamer works extremely well and very quickly. Its all a matter of getting everything to a similar size during food prep.
When we got our All-Clad pans, we discovered this steamer fits over both our 3 and 4 quart sauce pans. Using the 3 quart and less water to boil to get us the steam, the steamer works wonderfully. Due to our health problems, steaming our foods is something we now enjoy as part of our new diet. Clean up couldn't be easier, we pop it into the dishwasher and out it comes all shiney. We love this steamer. You can use it over almost any 3 or 4 quart saucepan.

A smallish size steamer , versatile enough to transfer between larger pots. I'd like an all clad pot medium size to complete the unit, but for now am using my old pot which works just fine too.

I was diasppointed that I was unable to get a steamer insert for the set of food network cookware that was a gift purchased from khol's. An updated set at Kohl's has the steamer instert. I love this cookware and wanted the insert to match. Hope you eventually come up with a match. thank you ljh

I have a large, self-contained steamer, but sometimes you do not need a steamer that large and this is where the steamer insert comes in. It fits in two of my All Clad pots, which is very convenient. It performs excellent in steaming vegetables and, as opposed to a steamer basket, allows you to easily handle the items being steamed. Highly recommended.
