Like it's cousin with the silicone tips, this is a great pair of tongs. The lock in the back means no silly ring sliding down when you're trying to use them. And they are strong enough and open wide enough to pick up a good size roast. These are cooking tongs though, too big to put out for serving.

I am very please with the tongs in particular how easily they lock so they can be stored away in the draw when not in use.
