OK towel holder

i would agree with other raters. Poorly engineered in that mounting screw holes are too close together so screwdriver interfered with the towel holder bar. Screws are too long 1" long (most cabinet bottoms are 1/2" thick). Diameter of holes is a little small. Installed my own screws, which were #6, and should have been #8 or #10. After an prolonged installation - the holder looks good and works fairly well. Much better than the old plastic kind....I think the unit is rather expensive for what it is - even if it is stainless...it is atill a paper towel holder and I think it is worth more like $15 than the $30+ we pay after shipping, etc/../

On the mount I would recommend (4) wood screw holes instead of three. That way the rack could be mounted left or right handed.

With limited space, this paper towel holder works fine when mounted vertically. Unlike holders that grip the towels only at the ends of the tube, there is no jumping out of the holder as the roll gets close to the end.

Does the job of keeping the rolls from spinning. Look is sleek. Only problem is when you get to the last few towels...the roll gets a bit stuck...but wouldn't stop me from recommending this to someone.

Brilliant design, excellent materials and workmanship, and a sharp addition to any kitchen. Works exactly as advertised - quick and easy roll replacement, smooth and controlled tearing of sheets from the roll. Couldn't be any better.
