Even though I just got it, I have read through it SEVERAL times and it is already one of my most treasured cookbooks. I just bawled when I read the story about Jamie keeping the fork and napkin from his first date with Brooke and using them at their wedding reception ~ even though I had heard the story on one of Paula's shows... It doesn't get any more romantic than that! Oh yeah, the recipes... I haven't tried any yet - I cooked a few days before I got the cookbook so I won't be cooking for another year or so... ;-) Maybe I can talk my sister into trying some! I really enjoyed all the pictures too ~ everything looks DELICIOUS!

It was simply an autographed index card that was stuck inside the book. I would not consider that a signed "bookplate." I will be returning this product...
