Solves the problem of baking on a Vegan diet
I've never been a very good baker as it is an exact science and when I became Vegan, it got even harder to find recipes that actually worked and came out well. Colleen gives lots of advice and ideas about using egg and milk subs, when to use which ones and how much as well as good general baking advice. It has made baking so much easier and more enjoyable! There is a wondrous variety of sweets, breads, etc that one can enjoy as a Vegan! Word of advice, though, use the exact crusts that are recommended in each individual recipe for pies. Though there are recipes for crusts separate from the pies, they are not necessarily interchangeable.
