Alot of the time, you get a book where too many of the recipes are not for the normal average family. I really am enjoying this book. Only disappointed in the fact that by preordering the book....i was under the impression that it would be organized. I really enjoy watching both Gina & Pat.

It is so refreshing to see their interaction every day and the love they have for each other and their love of food, family, friends and God. I also appreciate that the recipes are not too difficult.
