It is so full of stories and recipes with the "explanation" on why she did what she did to make the recipe. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to get some good recipes with a side of story. Too good!!

However, this book did not live up to my expectations. As I browsed the book, I realized that there were few recipes that I would actually cook, which was the complete opposite of the prior book. I enjoyed the same format as the other book. If only buying one of Ree's cookbooks, buy the first, "Recipes from an accidential country girl."
