We love the piggy canister set seen on Food Network’s “Down Home with the Neelys” so much, we were inspired to come up with some piggies of our own. Our new Lil' Piggy Salt Pig is the perfect addition to any kitchen and is designed with the everyday chef in mind. Named Hammy, our salt pig holds 2 cups of salt, and is small enough to be kept easily on the countertop. This Salt pig is a very nice size... I have also thought about using it for different things - such as a sponge/scrubber holder... haven't completely decided yet... And again - it matches my other item very well!!!

Very cute! it does the job. My husband & I both thought it would come with a little spoon but it didn't. It is still way better than a salt shaker!

Was replacing prior one that broke when kid knocked it off the counter. Cute addition to kitchen but is used often. So easy to apply salt to dishes when they are cooking.

Purchased the "lil piggy salt pig" as a gift for my sister who has pigs in her kitchen and enjoys cooking. He is adorable and practical to have in the kitchen and I know she will love it.

This Piggy has a large opening so you can get your hand in easily to get salt. I have another brand salt pig and the opening is quite small. It makes it difficult to get salt out, so I end up leaving the salt in the box and just have the pig out for looks. But this Piggy is not only adorable it is also functional.

This is so cute. He is a nice size and has a nice shiny glaze. He fits well with any decor and the opening in the back would work for a dish scrubber/sponge as well as salt. I have filled him with Kosher salt!
