Two swipes with a dull knife and it was like brand new again. This product is very easy to use and sharpens knives in a jiffy. I sharpened a whole drawer full of knives in just a few minutes.

Great for everyday maint. Recommend having very dull knifes professionally sharpened before using this tool. It's not designed to overcome years of neglect.

This was the ONLY product I have ordered from cooking.com that I have been displease with, maybe I am not using it right are something but find it does not sharpen my knives, which are are very goos set of knives....
