Not for every day family use

The recipes in this book are for those who have exquisite well equipped kitchens and not for those who are trying to cook for families. What this book IS good for is to teach people out there that don't know already is to prepare tofu properly and make it hold a good texture. There are few other little tweaks and tricks that are good too, but, not worth paying for this book of recipes that are practically useless to someone trying to feed a family instead of impressing others with culinary arts.
