I also purchased one earlier this year from Tremain to use as a present. It is easy to clean and elegant on the dining room table. Much more attractive than a mere butter dish. My butter always used to melt or was to hard to spread. Now with the butter bell, it's always spreadable. This is a wonderful solution. This is a quality product and is very pretty to look at. Much nicer than my old butter dish that used to sit out. I wish I would have known about this product years ago. I love this so much I am going to order 2 more, one for my Mother and one for my Daughter.
