I use this product several times a week and I'm very happy with it. I like to use the crisp exterior/moist interior setting. I have tried both settings (the other being uniform baking). They both do exactly as they are supposed to and the waffles are absolutely perfect every time! The timer is very accurate. Make sure to use only 1/2 cup of batter though because any more than that will definitely spill over. Also make sure the batter is not too thin. I have made several different kinds of waffles and none of them stick. I make sure the batter has enough fat in it to prevent sticking. I have also made blueberry waffles and waffles with raisins in them. Both times the waffles did not stick. The waffle grid is fairly easy to clean, but if you have enough fat in the batter, there is no cleanining necessary because nothing sticks to the grids.
This is a wonderful waffle maker and I highly recommend it.
It was easy to use and I didn't burn myself, which is a first. I used an old recipe which tasted better than my old iron. It was then I knew I made the right choice by buying the Waffle Pro. It stores well too which is a big plus. I have never had waffles baked as fast as the Waffle Pro.

Once you get the 1/2 cup scoop down there is no mess while cooking. With other waffle irons there was always the oozing mess. I would definitely purchase this again if needed.

I have always loved the hearts, but the old waffle iron was dangerous (the handle did not stay sufficiently cool for safety, it flattened the part of the waffle close to the hinge, lacked any sort of color, texture or timing options, and did not have a signal for doneness). The old waffle iron also leaked. This new one is a dream! I was so thrilled I got one for my daughter, too.

Waffle quality varies with different receipes, but you can adjust the crispness easily. I can make batches fairly quickly and freeze them for eating later.

It made better waffles than this new waffel iron because the gridels were deeper. This new model has shallow gridles and makes thin waffles. I don't want a Belgium waffle iron because they are too thick, but would like some substance to my waffles. I am disappointed in the performance of this product.

I wanted a waffle iron that my children (5 &9) could use with my husband to make breakfast. More importantly, I wanted one that would cook up the waffles quickly so that everyone could enjoy a warm breakfast at the same time. They cook very quickly and perfectly even! The hearts are fun as breakfast should be! Easy clean-up, easy storage & I love that there's a place to store the cord as well.

Cute idea, but the waffle maker is small and makes a very thin waffle. Much thinner than our other waffle irons. It works great and shuts off at the perfect time.

I wore it out making waflles a couple of times a week for several years. This waffle maker is so easy to use and so quick, it is a sheer joy in the kitchen. The nonstick surface allows me to make 100% whole wheat waffles that don't stick! I like the modification in this newer version that brings the top down flat on the bottom instead of being hinged. Very nice.

4 of 5 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »The speed and consistancy of this wafflemaker is incredible. It even keeps up with my family of 7. Clean-up is a breeze. Definately a keeper.

My daughter is still using my mother's old, old one. I like the alarm tone and the fact that each waffle is exactly the same. It makes it really easy to cook for a bunch of my grandchildren and I wish I'd had it when raising my 5 children. I just wish it didn't burn out in such a short time. It gets exxpensive!
4 of 4 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »For fans of the traditional thin waffle, this waffle iron is perfect! It makes a crisp, thin crust on the surface and waffles are soft inside. It will make any waffle recipe/mix taste amazing - we just switched from an old waffle iron and are now going to purchase this iron for all of our extended families (share the waffle love!).
4 of 5 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »Waffles are very thin. Do not overfill - even a little - 1/3 cup batter means 1/3 cup and no more. Very fast. You can crank out a lot of waffles in five minutes. Still, a little pricey. You are paying for the little hearts.
3 of 3 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »The only thing I didn't like about this is the waffle iron locks itself and to me that flattens the waffle. I'm not a fan of belium waffle irons and had been searching for one of these all over the place and was glad to finally find one. And I love it!
3 of 4 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »This waffle iron is a big improvement over my old one. It heats up quickly, and continues to heat properly when making more than one waffle. I haven't tried all the options yet, but think for the price, it's a winner.
