In 1999, Mich Turner founded The Little Venice Cake Company as a second career after many years as a buyer at London’s high fashion Harvey Nichols. She is the author of Spectacular Cakes (winner of the Best Dessert Book in the World Cookbook Awards of 2005) and most recently Party Cakes.
