V-blade mandoline slicer

I had to send this item back. I should have read the reviews before I bought it. It is a nice product, if the blade were sharp at all. It would not even cut a potato, I shudder to think what it would do to a tomato. Do not buy this mandoline.

Great product for the price

This mandolin performs just as well if not better than mandolins costing two to three times as much. For the cook who might only use it once a week or so it is a great value.

Huge Disappointment

Changing and storing blades with this mondoline requires pulling out the instructions. The guide is unreliable. Truly disappointed with the appearance and construction of this product. Returned for a refund.
