The only suggestion I have to the manufacturer would be to make the mat a bit larger - I like having a bit more space above and below the circle of dough to better enable me to keep a mess off my table while working on the mat.

This pastry sheet replaces one I purchased over 20 years ago. It appears just as durable and I love the equivalencies not shown on the older version. It also comes in a great shipping tube which also doubles as a storage tube.
