This is truly the supreme bread machine! The Zojirushi offers advanced options for your bread baking. It gives you the choice of using the dough cycle by itself, then finishing in your regular oven. In addition, you can make dough for crisp pizza crust, light dinner rolls, mouth-watering cinnamon rolls, hamburger or hoagie buns, artisan breads, sourdough, gluten-free breads and cakes - the possibilities are endless. It even makes fruit jam and has the power and durability for hearty whole grain dough. Twin paddles provide superior kneading action so you get well-raised breads with great texture.
To use, simply place your unmixed ingredients in and choose your setting. The machine alerts you once your bread is ready. This item was rated the best by all consumer reviews and magazines and I would agree. It's the first bread machine we have owned. It's extremely easy to operate and the fresh bread is absolutely terrific. We have used the timer function once so the bread would be warm when we woke up the next morning. The size of the loaf is shaped a lot like bread you buy at the store except it's a little taller than most store bought breads. This product is defintely worth the extra cost to purchase.

I was nervous at first because of all the choices, but after seeing the video and reading the manual, I tried it. It works terrific and the bread comes out perfect. It is much quieter than the previous machine. I LOVE IT!

This is easy to use. Just measure and go. The texture of the bread is really nice and toasts up beautifully. The only bad thing is that the recipes that come with the machine have no taste.

This is a fantastic aid in the kitchen. It has multiple
features that make it the best buy available in bread
machines. The 2lb loaf size is excellent for a large
family. The texture of the bread produced and the
varieties available are excellent. It cleans up well
and allows easy removal of a hot pan.

The Zojirushi Home Bakery Supreme Bread Machine is everything that I hoped it would be. I've made several loaves of bread in the week that I've had it and it performed perfectly. The timer function, which allows us to have freshly baked bread waiting for us when we wake in the morning is especially convenient. I have a long list of breads that I want to try, but we can only eat bread so fast. I'm looking forward to a lot of fresh baked bread.
