Excellent knives, but expensive

I got these for my wife (at her request). She is extremely satisfied with them. They're extremely sharp and cut with no effort. I bought these as opposed to another (and less expensive brand) because of Kyocera's reputation for producing high-quality ceramic products (I have experience with some of their industrial line). Despite the expense, I would recommend these to anyone who wants an excellent knife.
My only reservation about ceramic knive in general is that you need to be very careful with them because of their brittleness (as opposed to steel knives)
